OIC and seven others at Mattakkuliya police post transferred

The OIC and seven others at the Mattakkuliya Police post have been transferred out of the area pending an inquiry against them over Saturday night's incident there, a senior police officer said.

 

Tension continued in the area after over 15 persons were arrested and unidenfied men attacked some of the houses.
