Four civilians had escaped from the Un cleared areas had reported to the Sri Lanka Navy Camp at PALLIMUNAI , MANNAR.

These civilians had complained that they had left their homes and escaped to the Government controlled areas due to the continued harassment by the LTTE terrorists.
